Today we continued our lecture on sex & gender

Reading for next week is “Bad Hair Day (pdf)” and “Intersexuals Fight Back (MsDoc)”.  Please print out and read carefully for Monday!

And a case I mentioned:   Caster Semenya is apparently not girly enough for the IAAF

    • Jane Margolis & Allan Fisher, Unlocking the Clubhouse: Women in Computing (MIT Press, 2003), $17
    • Annalee Newitz & Charlie Anders, She’s Such a Geek: Women Write About Science, Technology & Other Nerdy Stuff (Seal Press, 2006) $14.95
    • Course Reader.  CANCELLED – I think we can get away with just a few handouts instead. If this disappoints you, feel free to give me your money directly.
